M Group Services’ Telecom Division were delighted to come together recently to celebrate the Management Fundamental Awards
Taking place in Avonline’s Filton Office, Bristol, the awards celebrated team leaders, supervisors and managers who had successfully completed a Level 3 certificate in First Line Management. They were presented with a certificate by Rich Hale, Managing Director on the day.
The Management Fundamentals training aims to equip managers with the soft skills needed to best support our people. Covering topics such as Communication Skills, Conflict Management and Time Management, the Level 3 course is designed to enable current line managers to have the skills to move forward within our operating businesses.
The participants undertake an immersive learning experience and are encouraged to discuss relatable issues with other participants in their cohort. Once our managers have completed the management fundamentals training, we can focus on their further development.
The managers taking part in the course highlighted that they found the training insightful, with one participant explaining: “I have been able to use some of the training with my team which has been of great use to me.”
